Bloody Mary

Even if the origin of this great classic from the bars around the globe remains disputed, it was very probably created around 1920-1930 in the notorious bars of the Big Apple. But, one thing is sure, with its rich taste of tomates, spices and Vodka, your palate will have something to do.

To prepare a Bloody Mary you need a long drink glass (30 cl), ice cubes, a mixing glass, a sieve, a measuring cup and a cocktail spoon.


1 celery stalk (approximately 20 cm)
5 cl of Vodka
1 cl of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp of Worcestershiresauce
2 drops de Tabasco
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of freshly ground black pepper
15 cl of tomato juice
Ice cubes

Do you have everything you need? So let’s start!
Wash and dry the celery stalk and cut off the ends. Fill the mixing glass with 8 ice cubes and add the Vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, pepper and tomato juice. Stir everything together with the cocktail spoon until the glass fogs up.

Pour the contents of the mixing glass through the sieve into the long drink glass. Add the stalk of celery and serve your Bloody Mary immediately.
